After my review, I realized I need to continue to practice yoga to keep up my body alignment and flexibility. There are many people who go back to yoga after years of living an inactive lifestyle. When I am in a flow state I am tapping into my creativity and helping my mind and body work together. I feel more refreshed and energized when I am in a flow state and I see the world differently. I think this is why I have been able to relate so well to Shuler’s videos.
